Professional Educator, Campaign & Project Manager, and Researcher 

Cynthia Roy, PhD, is a professional educator with over a decade of experience both teaching diverse students and developing curriculum, a skilled community and labor organizer with a specialized background in managing grassroots campaigns and community-based initiatives, and a researcher with the ability to develop original studies as well as literature reviews and reports.

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT FOR EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Offering curriculum development and/or guidance, with an emphasis on joy and justice across disciplines, at the elementary to post-secondary level. This includes graduate courses, youth enrichment programs, and camps.

MOVEMENT-BUILDING CONSULTATION FOR INDIVIDUALS & ORGANIZATIONS

Providing guidance and training on organizational transformation, community-based initiatives, coalition-building, developing campaign action plans, and grassroots leadership training and coaching. Campaign management available by request.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR EDUCATORS

Facilitating courses and workshops on topics including social emotional learning, mindfulness, culturally responsive schools, community-educator partnerships, technology for transformation, and leadership for equitable organizational and systemic change.
